Need someone else to pick up your order?

Send a pickup request. We’ll check your order and ask the purchaser to authorize the person you name before we release it.

The authorization email goes to the purchaser address recorded by Square.

The pickup person brings a photo ID to the store.

Request an alternate pickup

We’ll email the authorization form to the purchaser address on the original Square order.

Which store is the order for?

Enter the purchaser email exactly as used on the order. We send only to the address Square has for the purchaser. Do not enter card numbers, CVV, or ID images.
